So much to do here in Chestertown.. If you are in the area… we are right downtown.. near the water on High Street (across from the Imperial Hotel)   Stop in, and we will be happy to talk about what Chestertown is all about.  No pressure… we won’t even make you buy a thing!

Today was the opening of Duck Season for Kent County… poor babies!   I woke up to the sounds of guns at the crack of dawn.  Gotta love living on the Eastern Shore.     From October 11 through the 18th, it’s open season on ducks, coots (what the heck?) and mergansers!

Seriously though, we are set up for hunters here in Kent County.  Between the two hotels, and the many B&B’s in the area, including Crow Farm, which also has a winery, there are plenty of accommodations.  Of course, the economy loves this time of the year.  We welcome the hunters with open arms (but I still say… poor ducks!)

Check out for more information on places to stay.  Call us for recommendations on places to eat, if you are new to Kent County.  You’ll be coming back, I’m sure!   Want a place of your own to hunt?  We have some hunting properties ready for you.

But don’t shoot this guy!   🙂

How It Works!

Being A Realtor means wearing lots of hats.. advisor, sympathizer, fixer, go to person, but it all comes down to one thing… Doing the right thing, being fair, helping people realize their goal of being a home owner.   Every day comes with difference challenges and experiences, mostly all good.   When you can smooth out the edges and it all comes together.. that’s key!

Selling Real Estate in Chestertown is unique.  You have a wonderful mix of historic homes, newer homes, mid century modern to chose from.   We have the Chester River, the Chesapeake Bay is nearby.  Lots of water activity for the avid water lover!  Crewing, rowing, skiing, sailing, fishing, crabbing, wake boarding, paddle boarding, it’s all here!  We have the River Packet for brunch & sunset cruises.

River-Packet-300x224Like to bike?  Great scenic roads for you to explore Kent County on.   Antiques.. boy do we have them!  Sample some seafood?  Come check out the many diverse restaurants!  So much to do…

Got questions?  We have a team here in place in terms of title companies, lenders, home inspectors, wood destroying insect inspections.    Lots of resources to help us do a great job.. we need them and use them.    Give us a call anytime!  410 810 0010
