Even the ghosts are wearing pants!  LOL!  Polar vortex much?   We are still busy and still listing houses.  At least five homes have come on the market this week.  Spring is only 37 days away.. so don’t wait to list.  The inventory is still low, rates are still great and it’s time to list.
